Thanks, yes it is watercolor.  It is a "pouring" in combination with brushwork.

very good work, Bill! Amazing lights and colours! I think it is a masterpiece...It's acquarell, isn't it? The contrast is great: in the midle, the warm colours (yellows, reds) , in opposition, The cool colours (BLUES, greens)...great job!
