18" x 24" Acrylic on Canvas.My boyfriend and I were sitting in the car at a gas station one day ,and it was pouring rain.Dan had his black cowboy hat and slicker on ,and the way he was sitting I knew I had to paint him.Here he is..The Captain (Captain Hippie).

I love the way you loose the hat and his right side in the shadows (lost edges) ..excellent ....I am sure Richard Schmidt and David Leffel would give a nod to this one.
