Stephen -so sorry for the delay!  I haven't been checking my computer.  I so so appreciate the feedback! I felt really stuck with this one and gave up and posted it before the deadline. The background was bugging me too but I wasnt sure being a night scene how dark my values should be.    I'm still learning also - I started painting a little under a year ago. Really glad to have so many talented people in this workshop I can learn from.  I always feel out of my league!  Thanks again!
