I walked past this prettied up navigation boat the other day and just had to paint it, its name is Léttir. I realized after I had finished it that I was too strong in the rock color so will get back to it again and soften it a bit.

Steinunn, this is a lovely portrait composition with an influence of radiating lines composition  ....fantastic!!!  You have very nice shape distinction  ...Yes, I do agree with you that your cliff in the background is much to strong ...looking forward to seeing the final painting!
