25 cm x 25 cm, oil, plein air

So much injustice and suffering in this world and so little I can do. And If I could, would it make me as happy as last night when we beat the Brazilians in the world cup? Hard to imagine. So thank you gods and leaders for giving me bread and circuses so I do not have to think too much about the things I cannot change anyway. Bring us this cup!

Thanks for your comments!
Carlo, in the painting it looks more like bread than on this photo. The painting is not chocolate though. ;)

I was not thinking of sport and the cup -- just focussing on the hope of a new world.

Too deep for such a trivial moment over here... I think everybody in our country is or either in Brazil or in front of a screen...  Hope that with those colours you have read the future! Not your comment though....
