Stuart - I loved this painting            - it is so well balanced, and pleasing to look at, you have lovely movement in the water and sky, great shadows,  really nice job. I could live with looking at that each day. Dorothy

I think this is one of my favorites Stuart,  it's very fresh and I love the color of the waves and their movement.  Nice Job !

I am definitely going to do the seascape, Susie.  I missed at least 1/3 of the paintalongs I was able to attend at all and missed at least 1/3 altogether, but still enjoyed them; there was not a single 4 week session that I did not miss at least one of the classes completely.  I have downloaded them all and gone over some of the parts I missed on the video as I finished up the painting, but I have not yet gone through the ones I missed completely.  I did learn a lot from each one that I was able to see part of and I always painted along as much as I could.  I think it's a real bargain and about 1 hour at least is spent with him helping the live students with their paintings.   Stu

it seemed like every time he had a paint along i wasn't able to be available for the whole time..i'll try it again next time - are you doing the seascape?

Susie, sign up for the next one; you will like it. You really get a feeling for the rhythm of painting, and it's only $20; so if you miss one or more of the sessions, you'll still have the video and can do it later. Stu

i just got a return email from jv...the paint alongs weren't set up to be sold as dvds - so no, they're not available! rats!
