Hi Elizabeth.  You have handled the distant mountains and the shadow on the water very well.  I like the luminosity you have in the sea wall ....a lot of good reflected warm light being bounced there!!  Things to be watchful for:  "ducks in a row" ...the buoys and background boats.  The buildings colors are too saturated ..save that for flowers, fruit, and garments.  When you tint with white, make sure to put some warmth back into the mix ..too much white causes chalkiness.
