40minutes Landscape Study

25cmx35cm, Oil on canvasm
This is the result of a 40 minutes study. I consider it not finished. Uncertain brush strokes and mistakes. But it looks better than what I expected. Difficult to paint fast. I may put a dog on the road. There is no interest point in the painting.

About this one, I feel that I did not finish it yet. Very very difficult to be loose. That is my problem. I was a worker, mentally I want to get all the details done well before hand my job to other workers. Habit....

Please let me know why you think it is good enough as a finished work when you have time. I still have 2 weeks before I leave.But I have to prepare the trip. Because that is a wall, I have not make up my mind how to paint it so it became like this"glowing". You are so right that it is a start for a painting. I will finish it when I have time.At this stage, I just try to get the value right . You must feel much better now for your plein air works. So much fun of painting, isn't it? By the way, to scare you, I may put some goats or a dog or some donkys on the road as it is too empty. Lol...

I like the fence with the combination of purplie and warm orange. It looks like it is glowing. Have a great trip and take time to take lots of photos or even paint alittle.
