Steinunn, Many thanks!
Came back to admire this delightful painting again, Ningning, trying to see how you created that gorgeous light effect! I think you got the values perfectly on the petals & the background colour adds light too - did you use mainly burnt sienna for the background? The delicate touches of pink and yellow in the flowers also add a lot and the greens and yellows of the stems are vibrant. Your paintings indeed get better all the time!
Hi Ningning, you have really got them dancing, love them.
Maria, Thanks for your time to check my work and your encouragement. I appreciate it very much.
About the popping out of painting effect, I was amazed when I saw it and very excited because I just follow the instruction of Richard by painting the background much darker arround the flowers. Very interesting.
Waiting to see more beautiful works from you, Maria.
Ninging, you have captured the moment of these lovely flowers. It just feels like they are popping out of the painting. Beautiful colours. :-)
Ana, I am so glad that you like it. Thanks!!
Beautiful delicate flowers!
Thanks, Larissa.
Beautiful!
I agree with you, Christine. I think I did good job at light effect. Thanks to Richard teaching.
