Acrylic on gesso board 30x50 cm. I transformed an ink drawing I did one year ago into a painting using a layering technique in combination with dot painting as a training for a bigger a and more complicated oil painting.

Thank you Diane for your nice commends on my 3 recent works :-) I just watched some youtube films about aboriginal dot painters and was amazed what they could create with the dots - sometimes astonishing patterns! So just tried different sticks and the "wrong" end of some brushes and little plastic bottles originally made for painting with window color. It is fun and somehow meditative, at least in my experience. Maybe you give it another try, just for fun ;-)
