16 x 20 oil on canvas board..I wanted to paint this for months but was intimidated by the complexity of the scene. Workshop 42 inspired me to give it a try..thx to al who made suggestions on my first post:)

Smiles to you Dorian!! Wish I'd made the foreground ground lighter value but wasn't sure how to get that accomplished yet keep the child and pumpkin as is.

Thanks a lot Jess and Laura! I feel so good that I finally painted this one!! I'm pleased that I made changes to the composition (small ones..placement of vines and pumpkins) instead of just copying..trying to incorporate the lessons learned in workshops and reading critiques. long journey and miles and miles to go!!! I appreciate all the advice I've gotten:)))
