Thank you Richard for your lovely comment. Yes you are right, it is a good feeling. I had absolutely no expectations in relation to this painting and I only picked up the brushes in a moment of boredom when the weather turned bad. I think I need to do that more often ! :-)

Well done Colleen. The sky looks great and the smoother water provides a nice contrasting texture and direction. It's a great feeling isn't it when you do something quickly and it turns out so well.
