Hi Xiao, thank you for your generous comment. The painting is 35x25cm, I used synthetic oil brushes the larger one was 8 flat and the smaller one 1 round and some other small flats like 5,3 and the painting knife for straight lines. I used water mixable oil paints ( which I missed to mention in the description, and I have to figure it out how to change it) they are new for me, and I find out that I can work the details much easier, more accurate and quicker than with the conventional oils. In that regard I love them but as I am striving for a looser approach I don't thing they are a good addition to me. Cheers, Ana
Thank you Cristina! Have a great week-end yourself!
Anna this is perfect!!! A lot of details, nice contrast of light and shadow, very bright and realistic paint. I like it!
Great painting Ana! You have nailed down this workshop.
Wow! Ana! I really love this one. It is so beautiful. It gives you bright, clean and happy feelings. Love your details. May I ask you how big is the painting? and what size brushes you used for the details? I always have problem for adding the fine details. I like brief strokes but attention to detail but not lost in it is the skill that is hard to master. Congratulations.
Wow, excellent details, beautifully done dear Ana!!
Have a wonderful week-end!
