Thank you Steinunn for the warm welcome.  I have been away so apologies for not replying sooner. I  live in Christchurch, New Zealand and am new at this type of thing, so all the help anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated.

And a nice welcome it is! Thanks. Is there a 'how to find your way around this program' page for us newbies? Do people still say 'newbies' I'm an  oil and pastel painter from just north of Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Always looking for ways to keep learning.

Thank you for your welcome!  I think I am going to love this site.  I looked at your work and it looks like you enjoy painting rock and mountainous outcroppings also.  My husband and I  are traveling across the western USA right now in our RV and I am doing some plein air painting.  Life is good!  It looks like I have a lot to learn about this site--I noticed the auction section.  I am planning to explore further today.
