I put up a blog with link to safari. This might help. I myself prefer to sign in each time. I run a bunch of business firewall stuff and this site is clean but I always play it safe and write down all my passwords in a form i made on computer. Safari like the others will save your password stuff if you like and sign you in.
Thanx for the warm welcome. Wish u could see me or my work but I cant upload any photos. Weird that a place for artists doesn't support Macs. You can see on Facebook tho.
WOW! Roena, your work goes in ALL directions. You are very talented and impressive. I'm tipping my hat :) And thank you for the paint saving advice. I like it :)
I agree Roena, after lay off for 30 yrs it's difficult to start again or even to hold a brush. Like me, no more giving instructions except hands-on. Btw, I've uploaded a photo of my latest oil painting; done last week for your viewing. I will continue to buildup my album in the near future on this "Wild Jungle Series". Right now I'm busy working on a seascape series. Deep in the jungle, now out to the sea...quite a different experience.
Nice knowing you Roena.
Until then,
Thom
Thank you Roena, but I havnt. With about 30 hours in the painting so far, 20 of those went to struggling with colors...not to mention A LOT of wasted paint.
Thank you Ro, sure I need comments on my art. At a later date, I shall upload some of them for your sincere comments. Wow! you have a very fantastic collection. I just started not long on oil painting, after retiring form my adverting career as a creative director. I'm planning to hold a solo in mid yr 2011. Thanks again Ro.

Dear Roena, thank you so much for taking the time and answer my question about online tuition.
You wrote: ”if you would have someone, that would honestly, tell you what you could do to improve, it would be good.” And I fully agree. I too appreciate all the nice comments on art sites and they helped me to get started again after so many years away from art and art work. But now has come the time for me to move forward… ( You do get feedback when taking an online course with the London Art College - and that would be one strong point for me to enroll)
You wrote: ”You did not mention what exactly you were interested in at all” and on your profile I read “I want to learn more and more about color and light”.
There we are –In contrast to you I don’t know myself what I want! There is just a restlessness, a yearning to move on….- I thought, if I asked other artists about their experiences it would help me to find out where I would like to be going with my art work. :)
You wrote:” thought your portraits and close up items were the best”….. thanks, hmmm.
You got me thinking… I guess I will want to make an “inventory”, “take stock” of last year’ s painting and drawing. … stop, step back…..and have a look…..
Thank you Roena!
Thank you Roena. I appreciate your welcome. My maternal language is french but I will do my best to express myself correctly in english. My english dictionnary is on my desk lol lol
