I was trying to imitate Sorolla´s brushwork in one of his paintings, it was very difficult and I had many tries but this is the outcome and I learned a lot from way of working.

Hi Dorian, I can not see your last comment on this page here, but it came in my e-mail box where you commented about my brush size 4. The reason I commented about my brush size was because I believed that Richard mention more than one size of bristle Filbert brushes, I only had one brush in my possession so that is why I did talk about it Dorian.:)
It would have been fun Dorian.:) Like I said I only used one brush size 4, it was the only brush I had of this kind of brush.:)
Thank you, I sure wish I could have watched you applying the oil paint! Smiles :-)
Thank you for your king comment Dorian. Yes his brushwork thought me a lot, I really love his expressive work, one gets a little shy of trying to apply them.
Magnificent painting. You certainly learned a lot about his brush work! Sending you smiles :-)
Thank you Ana I am also glad to be back. And thank you for your positive comments on my painting. All your comments make my day!!
