Alone at Pa Beach

12x12 oil on stretched canvas...as we celebrate the birth of Christ and enjoy this busy season...i think our painting endeavors may take a back seat....so this is my offering...and it's the fourth time i've gone back to the proverbial "drawing (painting) board"...and i still see some things that i need tro change but i have no more time. So....onward and upward and Merry Christmas one and all!!!!!

Also after lightening with white, adding back in some color helps prevent the chalkiness you have in your foreground rocks. Merry Christmas. Midwest weather (I'm in Milwaukee) not too bad. Stu
