Beautiful light on this set up ! It will be great fun to paint. The only suggestion I have is that the sun flowers are all facing us with close to the same space between each. Could you face one to the side or up a little to get a more dynamic flower shape ? I look forward to seeing the finished painting.

That's so nice of you to say Christine. I saw a video about building a shadow box and modified it..instead of wood I used black foam board. you can find the video here: http://www.drawmixpaint.com

Lori this set up looks glorious! Can't wait to see your paintings. Did you follow any instructions for setting up your box? If so, can you direct me to any relevant information?

thanks everyone..only hope I can paint it the way I see it!!I'm really caught between thinking I'd like to do this in the Flemish style or more loose and "painterly".. Maybe I'll try it both ways!! Looking forward to seeing what everyone's working on as well!!
