The photo, taken in the rain (!) was washed out (logical!?, so had to fiddle it, the original's not this saturated. I wonder if it would be an idea to have the water darker...

The reflections are much better Jon! ....Now, just straighten that line where the boat meets water ..make it straight ...and then scumble some of your water color over the dark reflection ..then leave it alone.

High Jon, a very interesting theme for an impressionist. Perhaps deeper contrast in the shadows and much lighter on in the rest of the water and perhaps a toucher as in the trees and cay. A well it is your picture I like it as it is
