blue ribbon waves: dead layer day 3
This is a post of a WIP - I am journaling the process in a blog on my page for anyone interested in following. This is the third pass at the "dead layer" or "gray layer" in which the form and value are becoming fully established. I think I have one more pass at this layer to get the details in the shell correctly formed - then on to the color layer!
