Blue Water Sailing

I did this painting today. It's a large acrylic on canvas 90cm x 60cm so a bit hard to grasp in a small photo. My main aim was to capture action. I would love to hear your comments.

There is so much I like about this; the dominant cool colours with the warm contrast in the focal area; the strong diagonals that give the painting its' dynamism and keep the eye moving around the painting; the the treatment of the waves and sky; and all those little details like the brush stroke indicating water being blown off the sail. Well done.
