Nice. When you get it down to one stroke it will just be your multi-million dollar signature? ;D

Wow, thanks everyone for your feedback, great!

Betsy, this is not innovative. I think one of th daily paintwork challenges suggest to set an own limit suitable for the subject. Nancy Townsend suggest to do blockstudies with a limit. Btw i will not fly through the blockstudies. They are imo the most imoprtant study format and the only one i count, i.e. I know how many i did .

Aurelia, spot on comment thank you! There is a problem with form! Of course i do know Carol Marine's blog and i even copied one of her still lifes. Of course i read all form units and did the assignments. But i definitely need to look into this again to work on the form problem i show here.

Well done Thomas!   It makes you think about every brushstroke.  But if I can suggest something to you it would that you read the notes on Form of the VAA, especially if you want to start with still life.  Then you can count your brushstrokes and get the Form right.  Do study some of Carol Marine small studies.  She is really good at getting form right.  She is also on the Daily Paintworks website.

I've read about the counting of strokes method, but didn't know there was a limit on the number. Or is that something that you have imposed on yourself?
Nice color of light studies. Keep this up and you'll fly through the block studies in the fall!

Nice work. Another gray day project! You certainly are pushing your color. I need to do some of this as well. Stu
