30x40......Painted on location....however I do not usually paint that size outdoors any longer....Lot of energy...time and paint, and if it fails....so I pretty much stick to 61x20...18x24..

Great!!!!!
Thanks Mr. Severin, and Colleen!!!..Just kidding about the formal ...thanks Michael!
Thomas, very nice energy in your brushwork. Very nice interpretation of what was obviously a complex scene.
Tammy Jim......You know as artist ...compliments on our work.......what could be better??? So Jim, I always paint fast.....Like attacking the canvas...Thats size...it better be a special scene......In New Mexico at 7,000 feet, if one can be set up by 2p.m......The sun pretty much just gets lower, the lighting better....and thats why I love painting in winter so much....and snow...clean, abstract.....muted colors, and no leaves that get in the way of the landscape//////Thanks you again....compliments are never taken for granted.....and happy and satisfying painting to you...Tom
This is gorgeous. I especially love the lighting - you have captured it so well.
Beautiful piece! I would imagine that you painted very quickly to do this size outside (in the winter, no less!) and with such amazing shadow work. This is terrific plein air work!
Great brushwork, and value colors !!
