This is the palette that I mixed for Workshop 24. Lovely to have a range of close-ish hues and matching values. I'd pick from these piles to work into my mixing palette for the painting. When I was finished, I put the left-overs into the freezer ready for the next painting.

That's cool. Thanks Linda and Ann for commenting. I learn so much from everyone on the site. It's a pleasure.
Thank you for taking a picture of your palette. It challenged me to create a similar palette for workshop24 and I was pleased with the results.
Thank you to all of you that have added to this discussion. It has inspired me to try some new things to see what I like best. Different strokes for different folks ! Thanks Michael C for starting the discussion.
Absolutely! No fun without the adventure and no good without the creativity. Stu
Gemini's are able to complicate things, Stu. They get to think about stuff twice, discuss it between themselves and only then do they do it.
Lori, I like the idea of little bottles. But I imagine them building up like my little bottles of spice-mixes in my kitchen. I like to keep those apart, the good mixes. I tried writing on them with a Sharpie, but with olive oil fingers that didn't work. Now I cook with them according to colour and smell.
Hey Lori, I thought Gemini's had all the creativity. Great ideas! Stu
