11x11" WMOil. For some reasons this "masterpiece" of mine came up way too light compare with the original. Therefore I uploaded a copy of original which seems to be more like it.

Yes Ana, I agree.  I like the background, but like you said ..the foreground needs to be darker and warmer.  But this background I like better then the other versions background.

Michael, you a legend! I don't think I could ever work so light especially in the foreground. Yes, I like the background too in this piece but the boulders and trees are not for my taste, value wise and brushwork.

Hi Ana.  I like this "lightened" version a lot!!!  The background is much more atmospheric due to the lighter values, grayer tones, and softer edges.

Thanks Cristina! Is too luminous, my piece is not that "luminous". I posted  again a copy of this and seems to be less light in it more like is the original. I don't know why this one came out so light.
