Tim, I gree with Nancy, the colours of the buildings are highly harmonized as the whole painting with contrast of blue boats, Just beautiful!!

Great job Tim!!   Your value structure is quite nice.  I like your double complimentary color scheme and overall harmony!!    It looks like the 3 blue boats are in shadow and the orange boat is partially being hit by the light?  If the blue boats are in shadow, then those spots of color might be a little to bright and saturated?    I really love your handling of the water and buildings.  :))

Hi Tim, I like your buildings and lighting!  And the sea gull is a great added touch.  The distance from the boats in the foreground to the shore seem short.  I can't put my finger on it, though.  Good job none the less!
