Thanks Stu. i'm getting there.  These timed studies really forced me to glob on the paint.

Nice work Jane.  I think some of your paint is actually getting thicker and juicier!  Great color harmony and interesting compositional arrangements of the four couples--makes a nice painting.  Stu

Thanks everyone.  I had these pears for a while and kept trying to figure out a layout with one but the two together was so much more fun.

Hey Jane,

These turned out very nicely !  I love the different pear poses with the same soft toned colors.  The brush work is very expressive This would look great framed
