11"x14", oil on linen board. Here's an alla prima of the earlier value study. It was a misty and chilly morning -- I wish I could soften it even more.

lovely and serene - beautiful glow - my one suggestion would be to soften the edge on the reflected sun where it is right against the dark.
Thank you, Lori and Huda.
wow well done Darya I love it
Thank you, Carol, Silvana and Christine!
Nice...I like it just as it is. I really like your brush strokes in the clouds! Coloring is great!
Wonderful Panting Darya.
You have such a wonderful soft mood technique Darya. The sky is beautiful and love the tree effect on the horizan. I agree that the sun is a little stark with just the white standing out, but as Michael suggested, you can fix that. I love the soft moods you paint!
Thank you so much, Michael! I´ll try that, as I realize that the ´big white´ sun looks quite conspicuous. I was already thinking of how to 'melt it' into the sky. Will get to it later today!
Me again. I realize by your beautiful paintings that you probably know all that, but just putting it out there for general info.
