Wow!  It really turned out nice, Lori!  Great depth, and I especially love those warm and cool colors in the clouds on the right!

I can see why they loved it Lori!! ....it is beautiful! ....the sun, seen through the low, thick atmosphere of the horizon, is rendered so well ..the subdued brightness gives this painting its mood.  Great job Lori.

I hated to miss the action this month!! I've uploaded the finished sunrise over Nantucket sound as I thought it fit the criteria for this month's workshop.  Hoping this is ok with the group!

BTW, I had it framed & gave it to my hosts at Martha's Vineyard..very happy to say they loved it!!:)
