I had a wonderful time doing this little sketch today. It was pretty cold and it rained a little but I managed to get it to this stage.

Thank you Ann. I agree I love to see paintings in their original environment. Thats why I have started to photograph each session I do outside. I want to focus more on painting from life this winter so I´m going to stop complaining about the weather and just do it.

I enjoy seeing Plein air painting in the environment where they are painted. It looks great, you have the ability to simplify a scene that tells a story with beauty. I like the crisp edges on your buildings while the surrounding area is loose and has energy. Have fun out in the battle field of painting
