9" x 11" oil on canvas. I have tried to paint with big brush strokes and broken colour - not sure if I have succeeded. I found the broken colour much harder than it initially appears. This painting is from a photo taken by me at the Yamba boat marina, NSW.

Thank you so much Michael for your great and detailed comment which is very much appreciated. I'm very 'new' to painting with oils so it encourages me to keep going.
Thank you also to Laura for your great comment too.
It is so beautiful Colleen!
Very, very nice Collen. Your energetic marks are wonderful ..I love the "sketchy" handling of the boat and other elements of your composition ..everything looks as though it was massed in as one shape ..which is creating a beautiful and harmonious shape in the foreground. Great job.
Thank you very much Cristina!
Lovely composition, textures and use of colors Colleen! Beautiful!
