Ah, you said it is acrylic...that is probably why I thought it had a more watercolor feel to it. I just love it!

Thank you - the comments are very encouraging - it is an acrylic painting and is reasonably large - 33inches by 26 inches.

Oh Robin, you are sooo good! I love this!!  It looks like someone took a photo of that area, but with more life to it! It does look like you could walk right out behind the first rock.  Your colors and perspective are perfect!
