Zorn palette only is Ivory Black , Cadium red (light ), and Yellow Ochre ( pale)... using only three hues plus white to make all of the shades you need to create art. ..based on the Master Anders Zorn.

I like this a LOT!  What is a Zorn palette?  Please write to me and explain.  Thanks, Roena

Very nice composition, Donna. I haven't even started with the Zorn palette yet, but this painting sure piques my interest in getting going on this. Stu

Great painting Donna!

Hi, Donna,

I saw this where you originally posted, and I love it! I am still struggling with my rendition. Didn't know we had license to alter the arrangement so beautifully, as I have been struggling with that same corner that was bothering you, but trying to remain faithful to the proffered model. What a great solution! I like this way better! It's not even the same painting--it's all yours. Way to go, girl!

Generally I don't care for the Zorn palette but this beauty has changed my mind ! Lovely movement and feeling of energy breaking away. Your style is very unique and very admired.
