I walked past this prettied up navigation boat the other day and just had to paint it, its name is Léttir. I realized after I had finished it that I was too strong in the rock color so will get back to it again and soften it a bit.

Thank you Laura but there is a more recent one where I did some glazing, can you tell me which one you like please.:)
It is very well done Steinunn!
Thank you Andreas and Cristina.
Great!!!
Awesome!!
Thanks so much Michael, your eye sees and notices everything! Much appreciated!
You probably already looked it up, but in your painting, all your lines are heading into the focal point ..your boat.
Thank you very much Stu and lovely to hear from you again. The thing is that I was trying to use my spare room to paint in but it is far to much bright light in this small room so when I moved it into my lounge room all the colors changed, so now I am back working in my lounge room and all colors should be quite true! Yes, a long explanation for a small painting.:) I still have to fix the value of the rock!
Nice work Steinunn!! The minor fixes that you suggest should be pretty easy. It seems that we never see these flaws until we post the work online!
Thank you so much for your comment Michael, I really appreciate and value your criticism. I will go to it again asap.
I had to look up your meaning of "radiating lines composition" a new fraze? to me.:) It sounds quite good!
