Thank you very much Michael!!! Lovely heard from you. I will try to enhance the area you commented. I painted Moss Landing again on Thursday. I find a good spot for plein aire. I will show you  anytime when you are the area.

Great Laura!!  ... good edges, contrasts, brushwork, drawing, gradation, and color.  You have nicely depicted the effect of sunlight on the foreground sand and the white part of the boats hull ... now do the same with that patch of red that is in the sunlight .... show the same effect of sunlight hitting it as you did the other stuff.  Try putting some yellow/orange into it .. warm it up a little.  That's all you big time artist!!!! :))))))
