Glenys!!! Thanks!!! I saw the magazine!! I received a copy from a TCA member today, and I am SO Excited and happy that at home they can barely stand me!!!! :) !!!
Your painting there looks super great too!!! And BOTH Richards' articles are great, funny both Richards are RR, Richard Robinson and Richard Rogers!!! So interesting!!! :) !!!!
Great effort Silvana, love your colours and it looks great in the Australian Artist Magazine - April issue.
well done.
Great Tips Dan and Michael!! yes... that chalky colour kind of bothers...
Thx Olivia and Nancy!!!
Your painting just glows with color and light. Well done.
Very nice Silvana, great brushwork on the buildings!
One small suggestion would be to use a darker version of the main building colour for the windows, rather than painting them all the same blue.
GReat job Silvana
Silvana, you did a very nice job on those buildings!! My goodness, they are well painted!! I love how you introduced the cools into the warm darks of the buildings. Would like to see the water a little less chalky and some darker blue/green shadow shapes under the middle boat.
Here it is Lori...I can read your comment! :) Yeah... it'dbe great... ! None of my paintings are exactly the same as my pictures... and I wonder what everybody receives from them... as alll the computers, Ipads end etc. are different and I suppose with other settings!!! And when I print a pic, again, it's so different from what I see on the screen...!!! But fortunately, that doesn't stop the citiques, nor the improvements, nor it stops painting!!! :D
Good luck Candi!!! A whole different challenge!
Thanks Laura!
