Dee, best not to think when you are painting; that's a left brain thing and will degrade your work. This was a perfect right brain exercise and good for all of us. Stu

Stuart and Suzy, thank you. I enjoyed this challenge and just having to go for it! Having barely time to think produced some exciting intuitive choices and spontaneity in most people's work I think.

I am very drawn to your work, I think it is the color and easiness of your brushwork, it is like a gesture figure painting

I like all your pears. The form and each brush stroke came thru. Your placement of color made the pears.

All are good but my favorite pear is on the bottom left.........ah but I also like the one on the bottom right.  I think you did a good paint job.
