Laura, nice design. Agree with Michael; break up the bushes and vary the width because they look like a big green snake. Your mud flats, water and hills are well done. Stu

Oh, sorry Michael. I think I misunderstood. The long line bushes you mean the one from foreground lead to background one. Yeah, I will try to enhance it.

Michael, Thank you very much for your detailed comments! I am so glad you mentioned both the far away long bushes(trees) and dry grass, these areas I struggled so much. The value for the long bush has to be between the front tree and back mountain. And dry grass, I was thinking it is almost white color in the front how I can make it lighter in the back or add sky color then it changed gray. I think I got idea now from your suggestion Michael. I will add some intense color into dry grass and try to correct the value for the background bushes. I really appreciate your comment Michael!

Your depth is very well done Laura. I really like the colors in the background planes ..the values back there look real good. Even though the long line bushes was like that, change it ....break it up with the yellow grass. I would like to see more intense color in the dry grass ..and lighter in value. ..especially at the focal point ..let that sun really illuminate it! Watch you values ..you have darks in the distance that are darker then anything in the foreground ...save those darkest darks for the foreground. One more thing Laura ..you are taking us on a meandering journey ..but we are not rewarded for our long travel ....when you take us on a journey, you must reward us with a place to go ...a point of extreme interest ..the focal point.
