Stu, outstanding work!!!   I love your composition with everything leading our eye toward the focal point of the houses and red boat.  The strip of land and water have a lot of interesting things going on for us to enjoy a slow trip into the painting.  Your grey greens really make the focal point pop!!  I say frame it!!!

Thanks Deb. I think that a lot of blending with my one inch brush and finger tip really does give it that edge softness of pastels; even when I laid down paint with the credit card, I softened the edges with the brush. It really is a bit like Bob Ross' technique and quite fun to do. Stu
