This is a stunning painting, a great atmosphere capable to stir deep emotions. You show a great skill and control over watercolour in this painting as in every one of yours. Cheers, Ana

Gracious Michael - what can I say but thank you - the greatest compliment is to transport someone, to bring a smile, to surface a memory...your's is by far the most overwhelming - thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, I wholeheartedly agree....more people need to get out and just breathe in this wonderful planet. Good morning Sandi.  It is 4:00 in the morning,  and I am sitting here with my coffee staring at your beautiful painting.  Your painting has poetry ..that is the best I can describe it, and that is why I like it so much.  I think we have all experienced  the quiet "Whispers" of the wilderness that you have portrayed here so eloquently. How many of us have sat on the morning shore and contemplated this scene and moment.  I am an environmentalist, and feel  that we as artists, have the responsibility of creating an awareness  of how important it is to protect and preserve the beauty of Nature that God as given us.   I think your  painting does this, not through the visual, but through the poetry of this moment.  The pristine wilderness is slowly becoming a memory ..thank you for your beautiful painting. :))
