Yes, I found it freeing too. I was scared of it but when I jumped in I loved it. Will definitely do more quick timed stuff like this. Very liberating!

Thanks Dee, this was such a freeing exercise.  I was a bit worried about loading too many pear studies to the sight so i opted for the condensed version. I'll load up a bigger version though.

Dirk these look great.  The drawing, design, values, colour harmony, brushstrokes, temperature changes and edge control all look good to me. I'd like to see them bigger as I'm missing the individual details but they do make a good show in a row. I could see a long series continuing in a line around a gallery...all the same and all intriguingly different. Excellent job!
